Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what Schoolsjust Septic ("we", "us") does with information when you browse schoolsjust.garden, phone the number listed on this website, or send in a form. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Gather

Some details come straight from you. When you call or fill out a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, location, and notes about your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing problem.

Other details are picked up automatically while you use the site. These can include your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you open, and when you visit. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked, and some may be recorded, to check quality and handle billing.

Why We Use It

We use the information for these reasons:

• To match you with an independent plumbing and septic provider in your area
• To send your request details to that provider so they can reach you
• To reply to your questions and messages
• To see how people use this website and our phone lines
• To make the website and the service better
• To follow legal duties and to stop fraud or misuse

Who Receives It

Schoolsjust Septic is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can get in touch. These providers are separate businesses. Each has its own privacy practices.

We may also give information to companies that help run the website and phone systems, such as hosting, analytics, and call-tracking vendors. We may share information when the law demands it or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Still, some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or a share. Where those laws apply, you may be able to opt out.

Cookies and Site Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to learn how visitors move through it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your Options

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, fix, or delete the personal information we hold. You may also be able to opt out of certain sharing. To ask, email contact@schoolsjust.garden. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on your request.

Security and How Long We Keep Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, though. We keep information only as long as the purposes above require, or as long as the law says we must.

Younger Visitors

This website is not made for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to This Policy

We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
