How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Schoolsjust Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Schoolsjust Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Schoolsjust Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@schoolsjust.garden and include these items:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
